As a speaker, I find that it is becoming increasingly more difficult for meeting planners to find individuals who can do a great job of introducing the keynote speaker. This task is important because it helps to shape how the speaker will come out of the gate with his/her presentation. Having to overcome a bad introduction many times can be challenging for the most seasoned of speakers as well as the audience.
